Coressence's functional food ingredients are produced from natural flavanol-rich fruits. Our ingredients provide naturally-occuring health benefits and are derived from our own unique apple varieties. It is the flavanols in our apple varieties not the antioxidants that give the specific (in-body versus test tube) benefits of our ingredients.
We market our products by working in partnership with manufacturers from the healthy food and drink, supplements and cosmetics industries. Our 'umbrella' brand name Evesse™ allows us to support our customers with an assured source of bio-active ingredients, required to adopt 'on-label' health and nutrition claims. We back our health claims by rigorous science.
